Truebird, Inc. (“Truebird”, “we”) makes CtxLens, an iOS field-documentation app, and operates ctxlens.com. This page describes what data we collect — and, more importantly, what we don’t.

The website (ctxlens.com)

We do not run analytics on this website. We do not embed advertising pixels, social media trackers, or session-recording scripts. We do not set cookies to identify or track you, and we do not sell or share visitor data — because we do not collect any.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary cookie named __cf_bmfor bot management; it expires within 30 minutes and is not used for advertising. Cloudflare’s edge may also process IP addresses transiently for routing and security. We do not maintain our own server logs of visitor activity.

We do not maintain visitor accounts. If you email us at support@ctxlens.com, we will of course see your email address — only because that is how email works.

The CtxLens iOS app

CtxLens is designed so your information never leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.

• Storage is local. All cards, photos, GPS coordinates, tags, groups, subgroups, activities, and countdowns you create are stored in a database on your device. They are not synced to any server we operate.
• No accounts. CtxLens does not require you to create an account to use it.
• AI processing is on-device. When you generate an AI summary in a report, the summary is produced by Apple Intelligence on your device. The text of your cards is not sent to any cloud AI service by us.
• Sharing is your choice. Reports you export are delivered through the standard iOS share sheet to whatever destination you pick — AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Files, or any other. Where the report goes from there is up to you.
• Card transfer is peer-to-peer. When you transfer cards to another CtxLens user, the transfer happens directly between devices. No server we operate is involved.
• Subscriptions. CtxLens uses Apple’s StoreKit. Apple, not us, processes payment information; we receive only the receipt necessary to validate your subscription status.

We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs in the app, and we do not log your activity to any server we operate.

Children

CtxLens is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes

If we ever begin collecting data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the iOS App Store listing.
